A 20% platform fee is paid by the provider. Clients agree on a total project price with the expert and pay that agreed amount. There are no additional separate platform charges beyond the project price.

Once a project is agreed upon, you as a client pays the full project amount upfront. The payment is securely held on the platform and only released to the freelancer once the project has been completed according to the agreed terms. This ensures that clients only release funds when deliverables are met, while freelancers have certainty that the budget is secured.

Any collaboration that originates through Baionic must remain on the platform. This includes not only the initial project, but also any follow-up work, extensions, or new assignments between the same client and provider that result from their introduction via Baionic.
This policy protects the integrity of the ecosystem and ensures secure payment handling for both parties. It is explicitly stated in the Terms & Conditions agreed to upon registration.
If Baionic determines that a client and provider are conducting business outside the platform to bypass platform fees, both parties will be permanently removed from the platform. Additional consequences may be considered where appropriate.

If an issue arises during or after a project, we strongly encourage both parties to first try to resolve the matter directly and professionally with each other. Clear communication often resolves misunderstandings quickly and efficiently.

The Baionic team can review the situation and, where appropriate, help facilitate a fair resolution. This additional layer of oversight provides more structure and security compared to direct off-platform agreements.
