Any collaboration that originates through Baionic must remain on the platform. This includes follow-up projects, extensions, or new assignments that result from the introduction made via Baionic. This policy ensures fairness within the ecosystem and protects the value the platform creates by connecting qualified clients and providers. It also guarantees secure payment handling and structured collaboration for both parties. This obligation is clearly stated in the Terms & Conditions agreed to upon registration. If Baionic determines that a provider and client are conducting business outside the platform to bypass platform fees, both parties will be permanently removed from the platform. Additional consequences may be considered where appropriate.
