Once a project is agreed, you pay the full amount upfront. It is held securely on the platform and only released to the provider once the project is completed as agreed.
Can we start with a small project first?
Yes. Many organizations begin with a workshop, pilot or proof of concept before scaling further.
What if I have a problem with a provider?
First try to resolve it together. If that doesn't work, use the dispute button in your project. The Baionic team then reviews the situation with both sides and helps reach a fair resolution.
